In 2009, a curious kid taught herself how to use Flipnote Studio on her Nintendo DSI, spending hours drawing and animating short stories inspired by her favorite games. That early joy in creating sparked a lasting interest in crafting thoughtful digital experiences.

After receiving a Bachelor's from Cornell University, Joy sought out small, high calibre teams to work with.

She has previously worked on designing AI interfaces at TextQL. In her free time, she designs small, thoughtful apps, including Night Shift, an award winning project.

Currently, she is a product designer designing internal tools for outdoor care specialists.
